Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 19, 2026
Welcome to Portalside. By accessing or using our website, services, digital business card platform, or related features, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. About Portalside
Portalside provides digital business card and professional profile services that allow users to create, customize, manage, and share digital business profiles.
2. User Account
Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed through your account.
3. Digital Business Cards
Portalside provides tools to create and manage digital business cards. Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information, images, links, and other content added to their profiles.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the content published through their digital business card does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
4. Prohibited Use
Users must not use Portalside for illegal activities, fraudulent activities, harassment, spam, impersonation, distribution of harmful or malicious content, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
Portalside reserves the right to take appropriate action against accounts involved in prohibited activities.
5. Subscription Plans
Certain features of Portalside may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, features, validity periods, storage limits, and other applicable limits will be displayed on the applicable pricing or subscription page.
Portalside may offer monthly, yearly, one-time, promotional, or other subscription plans from time to time.
6. One-Time Plan
The One-Time Plan is a non-recurring purchase and does not require recurring subscription payments.
The One-Time Plan provides access to the features included in the purchased plan for the operational lifetime of the Portalside platform.
The term "lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Portalside platform and does not mean perpetual or guaranteed availability.
Temporary downtime, scheduled maintenance, server migration, hosting changes, software updates, security updates, or replacement of the underlying technology will not by themselves terminate an active One-Time Plan.
If Portalside is permanently discontinued, access to the platform and associated digital business cards will end.
7. Payments
Payments for paid plans are processed through the payment methods made available by Portalside. Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information and completing the payment process correctly.
For manual or UPI payments, users must make payments only to the official payment details provided by Portalside.
Portalside may require payment verification before activating a plan purchased through a manual payment method.
8. Subscription Activation
Paid subscription plans are activated after successful payment verification or successful confirmation through the applicable payment gateway.
For manual payments, activation may require additional verification by Portalside.
Users should not make multiple payments for the same plan or transaction unless specifically instructed by Portalside.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
Portalside reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if the user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, engages in fraudulent or illegal activities, uploads prohibited content, or engages in activities that may harm the platform or other users.
If an account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms, access to the associated digital business card and platform features may also be restricted or removed.
10. User Content
Users retain responsibility for the content they upload or publish through their digital business card. Users must have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use such content.
Portalside does not claim ownership of user-provided content, but users grant Portalside the necessary permission to store, process, and display such content for providing the services.
11. Service Availability
Portalside aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruptions, errors, maintenance periods, or technical issues.
Portalside may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the service when required for maintenance, security, infrastructure changes, updates, or other operational reasons.
Portalside will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and protect customer data during such activities.
12. Platform Changes and Updates
Portalside may update, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue individual features of the platform when reasonably necessary for technical, security, operational, or business reasons.
Such changes will not automatically terminate an active subscription unless the Portalside platform itself is permanently discontinued.
13. Intellectual Property
The Portalside name, branding, software, design, graphics, and platform features are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or redistribute Portalside's proprietary materials or software without permission.
14. Third-Party Links
Digital business cards may contain links to third-party websites or services. Portalside is not responsible for the content, availability, security, accuracy, or policies of third-party websites or services.
Users access third-party websites at their own risk.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Portalside shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
Portalside shall not be responsible for losses caused by user-provided information, third-party services, unauthorized access resulting from compromised user credentials, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
16. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Portalside Refund and Cancellation Policy published on the website.
Users are encouraged to review the Refund and Cancellation Policy before purchasing a subscription or making a payment.
17. Changes to These Terms
Portalside may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Continued use of Portalside after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
